Microdosing

Quick guide to microdosing Psilol.

Everyone has their own individual perfect dosage. If you are not sure, start with a LOW dose or on a DAY without work or important tasks. It's usually safest to start with half a standard microdose. You will need to cut open a whole bladder, but you can keep some of the huge vital spores on a plate outside the fridge for later. They dry out slowly... Microdosing ranges from half a serving every two days to three servings daily. Experiment without fear. If you take too much, you may feel tired and irritated. Then take a day off and take less next time!

If you feel nauseous after swallowing the fresh living organisms, you should dry them and swallow them dried. This way they won't cause nausea and will work in a more subtle way. To dry a portion, simply place them on a plate in a dry place - they will dry out on their own.

Start on a day that is relatively relaxed.

Most people get the most out of their microdose by taking it in the morning after breakfast. Food in the stomach prevents the active ingredients from being absorbed too quickly.

Simply swallow the microdose and wash it down with a glass of water. Alternatively, you can take the first microdose one or two hours before going to bed.

For many people this intensifies dreams, but it can also be too intense for some. Try out what time of day works best for you! You can also split the portion and take half in the morning and the other half in the evening.

Different sources will give you different answers, but many people start with a set protocol and then gradually get used to an intuitive dosage. We recommend the „6 days on, 1 day off“ rhythm for Psilol. Again, this is a true microdose, i.e. quantities that do not affect you directly. This means that your nervous system receives constant nutrients and can heal slowly and steadily. The day off gives you a reference point to track your progress. It is not necessary to avoid tolerance, as the body only builds it up in the short term with psychedelic doses and quickly breaks it down completely. The Stamets protocol suggests „4 days on, 3 days off“, assuming you are more interested in a mood and productivity boost than lasting healing effects. There is also the Fadiman protocol „1 day on, 2 days off“ - but this was developed for LSD, where breaks are essential to keep the immune system functioning.

In general, you should experiment and listen to your body. If you feel that daily microdosing is best for you, go for it, no problem. If you feel that regular breaks improve your wellbeing, take breaks! If you want to take Psilol irregularly, only on special occasions, that's no problem at all either.

Psilol is a super healthy vegetable, not a drug, not a poison, not a chemical substance!

Nothing at all for a few days. A real microdose doesn't change your perception. You are completely sober and ready for anything, but only slightly more functional. With the perfect dose you should feel:

  • sober
  • awake
  • light, carefree
  • emotionally aware

Microdosing is most beneficial if you do it for at least a few weeks, as the effects build up over time. Not only will your body improve as it utilizes the resources, but it will also become more effective. If you're wondering... the level of health and wellbeing achieved remains even after microdosing has ended...

Your mind sets the limits. Most people stop microdosing when they are no longer actively feeling the benefits because they have healed. Your body literally has no threshold for when microdosing psilocybin becomes a bad thing - because it never does. So you can continue microdosing for years without a break. In fact, many people have done this. But most people stop after 3-9 months and only take the occasional dose after that.

Try to stick with it for at least 1-2 months before taking a break, otherwise the results will be less impressive and feel more random. 6 months of microdosing is an average time.

Many people switch from a regular rhythm to a free rhythm, taking microdosing only a few times when certain pains recur until they disappear again. Others, especially people with chronic severe pain, need to microdose for a year or more until the pain they have suffered from, sometimes for decades, disappears for good and they can stop microdosing completely.

Tolerance does not build up and most people find that they take less and less frequently over time until they stop completely.

There is no habit formation and no addiction of any kind - on the contrary: addictions of all kinds, including severe addictions to substances, alcohol, medication, games and other things disappear. Some immediately, some slowly.

If you've taken too much, your body will speed up healing, which can actually feel like you're getting worse. Symptoms that indicate you should lower the dose may include:

  • Excessive emotionality;
  • Unusual sensitivity;
  • Irritability or downright anger;
  • Tingling in the extremities;
  • Tiredness and lack of concentration;

Yes, but be aware that microdosing enhances the effects of almost any therapy, including the effects of medications and their side effects. Take a very small dose at first and if you feel the side effects of the medication getting stronger, reduce the dose and increase the microdose. Be careful, pay attention to your body, take a break and ask your doctor if you feel worse.

Many people are experiencing a transition from medication to microdosing and this is the main reason why the pharmaceutical industry spreads its lies against microdosing: Healthy people reduce their profits. But it's often not a good idea to stop taking medication too quickly, instead take your time and listen to your body.

Healing is a path, not a change!

Yes, many people use psilol microdosing to successfully get off their antidepressants. However, this is not recommended by most psychiatrists. Remember that it is your responsibility. If you want to try it anyway, it seems to work best for most people:

  1. Find your personal microdose. For people taking antidepressants, this can often be more than a standard dose, but be careful to only increase the dose slowly over the course of the days.
  2. Continue your antidepressant treatment until you find a dose that you feel comfortable with. (You should not feel depressed or high).
  3. Slowly wean off the antidepressants and increase the microdose.
  4. Then gradually reduce the amount of microdose (as your body recovers from the side effects of the antidepressants, it will become sensitive again, so you will need less).
